Product stocks are limited and do not imply immediate availability. If the requested product is not available, elmundillodeeva.com will contact the customer to inform them of the delay in receiving the order. Please note that many of our products are handmade and require minimal production time.

Product prices are subject to changes determined by the supplier and, in the case of imported items, to fluctuations in the currency of origin.

Return policy

Elmundillodeeva.com guarantees your complete satisfaction in all your purchases, so it is committed to refunds in the following cases:

* If the product is defective or does not correspond to what was requested, mundillodeeva.com will assume the return and new shipping costs; On this occasion we also ask you to keep and return the product in its original packaging and include a sheet indicating your full name, bank details to make a transfer and the defect that the product has.

* In any case, communication must be made within 7 calendar days from receipt of the shipment, either through email: info@elmundillodeeva.com or by telephone to the landline number: 957492781 or mobile phone: 655815162.

* Once the delivery period has passed (7 calendar days), returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, but the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs because the return period has passed.

* Products with packaging such as needles, pins, paints, etc. They will not be accepted as a return if they appear unsealed.
